A standard UK electric socket and a route around your property, vehicles may require moving. We ask that children and pets are kept indoors for their safety.

We will test your downpipes and if blocked there may be an addition charge. If there is a blockage below this we may have to unblock by pressure washing them. We always check for blockages before we start work and provide a no-obligation quotation.
No more than once a year, in most cases it is less often. We can discuss this with you when we are at your property.
We use a camera to inspect the gutters beforehand and also record a video afterwards so that you can see the work we have carried out, giving you total peace of mind.
We will remove all of the debris from your gutters and prove we have done so by showing you pictures or a video after we complete the work. We want you to be a satisfied customer that recommends us and uses our services again.

Yes, we recommend annual maintenance. We are firm believers that “little and often” is much better than waiting for a problem to arise.
Payment is due on completion of the job. For larger jobs, we may ask for a 50% deposit up front.
We take all major debit and credit cards apart from American Express or you can do a bank transfer.
We always provide a receipt once payment has been received.
