We will restore your patio to a nearly new condition by using a powerful Industrial Rotary Pressure Washer or using an alkaline cleaning agent. We’ll advise the best method when we visit. You’ll be left with a beautiful looking patio and much less hassle than doing it yourself.
Our cleaning of patios is dependent on a number of factors. We will carry out a full survey and discuss your requirements before recommending the best method of cleaning to achieve your desired results.
We have traditional methods such as pressure washing or rotary pressure washing along organic and liquid based cleaning methods all of which will give your patio a new lease of life.

We will require access to the area to be cleaned and an outside tap. If you don’t have an outside tap we may be able to attach to a tap indoors, or to a neighbours tap, but unfortunately we cannot work without a water supply.
Yes, we only use water for most jobs. In extreme cases we may need to weed kill first or use an alkaline cleaning agent to remove black spots, particularly on paving slabs or natural stone. If necessary we will fence off the area during cleaning.
No, cleaning drives and patios start from as little as £60.
Not too much, we have the best equipment on the market including edge pressure washers with protective plates so we will make much less mess than a DIY pressure washer. Any mess we do make will be cleaned up before we leave.
These can either be placed in your green waste recycling bin, compost bin or spread on your garden. If this doesn’t work for you we can take the waste away with us for a small charge.
For most patios it will take no more than half a day.
Yes, unfortunately they will, but we have a number of methods which will increase the time that your patio will stay weed and moss free.
We can seal your patio after cleaning in dry conditions.
We’ll clean your patio to the highest standard. We cannot guarantee that it will return to a “like new” condition as this very much depends on the age and state of your patio before we start work. We want you to be a satisfied customer that recommends us and uses our services again. We can show you samples of the results you can expect by cleaning.

Our public liability insurance is £2 million.
Payment is due on completion of the job. For some larger jobs we will ask for a 50% deposit up front.
We take all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay or you can do a bank transfer.
We give a receipt as soon as payment has been received.
